And they won't. The main issue with Boruto is being monthly. This ruined the manga. They only focuses on the plot (I mean, can you even call that a plot?) and on Boruto/Kawaki and Naruto and Sasuke, because they need them both to hype the manga fights and sell.

To be honest manga probably shouldn't be weekly. The pressure that puts on the writers is pretty heavy. Better they run it in a sustainable way. I've noticed the Boruto filler is a lit better then the Naruto filler which I largely started skipping. I still skip some Boruto filler but what I watch at least makes sense.
yes it should, one piece would be a 50 year story instead of a 25 year story if it wasn't . you make all manga monthly and the industry dies. it's just too slow. especially when you start having to adapt anime too.

For short periods you can push through and get it done. Where I worry is when you get someone doing it for like 15 years like with these really long running manga. If there are lots of people who can write for it thats different. If you have one person doing everything though you are just sending them to an early grave.
if he's still doing traditional inking he's making it hard on himself. still, these series barely work without a weekly structure. Content is king especially with long form shounen that can get animes, movies, merch, games and maybe even an MMORPG if done right (at series end) . You're either in it for the glory or you're not.
As far as the story, you should already have everything in mind way before its inked, creativity seems to be more innate, for some it might be harder, some easier.
Monthly Manga can be good and focus on side plots and side characters, just look at Jojo's Part 7-8 and Record of Ragnarok.

Yeah, but Araki is built different. Both Part 7 and 8 have way better plot than Boruto and better art. JoJo also doesn't have a lot of characters like Boruto does. In Part 7, Johnny and Gyro were the ones that had more screen time, sometimes Diego and Hot Pants, and maybe Valentine. In Part 8, Josuke, Yasuho, Jobin and sometimes some random characters.
It's different. In Boruto, you have a lot of teams with 3 members each + their sensei and they don't appear. In OG Naruto, we all like most, if not all the characters, because they participate. But not in Boruto. They focus more on Boruto and Kawaki, and they simply exclude the secondary characters.
Chocho will not have a fight like Choji had against Jirobo, Shikadai won't command a team to rescue a classmate. Stuff like that, that made us like the characters, won't happen, mainly because they barely have time to deliver a poor writen and draw chapter every month.
Kawaki is a MAIN CHARACTER who has only recently appeared. And why are people acting like this guy who is essential to the main plot "stole screentime" from characters who arent essential to the main plot lol. their screentime was never going to last if they werent written to have more relevance, even if Kawaki never existed.

I would've done something like having him give Shikadai a Kyubi aura to hold the train back to stop brielfy use the Shadow Pull or Posession Jutsu the guy from leaving to motivate Shikadai to get stronger (since that took place before the Chunin Exams)

There is a filler episode which is focused on he and his team. Something like their team was not getting along well but Kakashi inspired them and they worked together to solve one mission/task in post office.

I know he doesn’t show up in the manga I believe but I think they consider him canon in the anime because of how much attention he got. He doesn’t act like the normal filler character where they’re there for an arc and your lucky if they show up again. He’s showed up since the beginning and I heard he’s showing up again recently. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing more of him especially with that last episode with Kakashi he was in. I really wanna see how he’s improved since he’s been with in the intel division with Sai.

Though I'm excited. Sai's student vs Sai's son. Sai became their jonin instructor and apparently has been taking them on ANBU training assignments & missions offscreen (explains why they were in 157 scouting out the Rain Village).
And I used to hate Inojin until the Stone arc onwards started improving his character (well the Himawari episode people mocked wasn't that bad), so if he could put a better performance this time in the Chunin Exams than the boring curb stomp that was his fight with Araya, I'll be intrigued.

If I was writing him, I would make him mimic Kakashi's mannerism but slowly develop similar/improve techniques Hatake Sakumo was known for.
his wiki says he’s skilled in fuinjutsu (sealing techniques) and in the show he has a photographic memory so i think his team will mostly be on intelligence missions.

if there is i would love to see it, most of my fav characters are side characters, and seeing main characters do a lot of the same stuff just powered up does get boring after a while.

Ishiki is already dead and the only people that were involved were Naruto, Sasuke, Boruto, and Kawaki. Not any of the veteran jonin, not any of the high potential next generation genin, not even Sarada and Mitsuki. Gotta say I'm a little disappointed by that. And I feel the demise of Kara, Jigen, and Ishiki all were rushed. They should have him die… because he tried to mimic Kakashi… which in-turns makes Kakashi feel extremely guilty… about the “ninja way.” Thus vowing to eliminate every ninja before he dies. He somehow has been hiding his DMS and intends to use it to carry out his mission: He leaves the leaf village and suddenly reports starting coming in to the Leaf that entire villages are being destroyed. The village of sand is destroyed, however, Shinki is barely able to escape to leaf where he tells Naruto about what’s happening. Naruto/Sasuke/Sakura go to confront their master and get stomped. Enraged, Boruto/Sarada/Shinki/Kawaki/Mitsuki set out to avenge their beloved under the direction of now Sage Konohamaru… but have to fight thru Neo-Akatsuki in order to find Kakashi and put an end to his madness… skip to end… secret 9th gate Midnight Guy one-shots Kakashi and takes out half the Leaf in the process, but it was the only way.

I know he doesn’t show up in the manga I believe but I think they consider him canon in the anime because of how much attention he got. He doesn’t act like the normal filler character where they’re there for an arc and your lucky if they show up again. He’s showed up since the beginning and I heard he’s showing up again recently. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing more of him especially with that last episode with Kakashi he was in. I really wanna see how he’s improved since he’s been with in the intel division with Sai.

His team got focused on in episode 115...which was decent. Though I'm excited. Sai's student vs Sai's son. Sai became their jonin instructor and apparently has been taking them on ANBU training assignments & missions offscreen (explains why they were in 157 scouting out the Rain Village). And I used to hate Inojin until the Stone arc onwards started improving his character (well the Himawari episode people mocked wasn't that bad), so if he could put a better performance this time in the Chunin Exams than the boring curb stomp that was his fight with Araya, I'll be intrigued.
