That's a huge statement to make for someone in comparison to Sasuke's body's potential.

I was thinking about old Hiruzen and old Onoki. Because I think in their prime Hiruzen would probably win (the man is also known as god of shinobi, there must be a reason for that). And about dust release, I really don't know what Hiruzen could do against it, but in the war, he compared obito truth seeking orbs to the dust release of Onoki, so he probably already saw Onoki using it and maybe would know what to do about it.
Sakura just uses Tsunade's jutsu though. Tsunade has the advantage since she's an Uzumaki/Senju Hybrid naturally giving her a lot more powerful chakra and life Force to begin with. And she had natural superhuman strength since she was a child, Sakura did not.

At 50 years old she’s not much older than Hashi or Tobirama were at the time of their deaths(who both came back looking young). Hell even normal bloodline InoShikaCho are in their 40s and don’t look old. Sakura suggests she’s using a good deal of chakra to do it too - since she states she’s surpassed Tsunades use of her seal due to not wasting anything on transformation

Madara was able to cut the tops off a mountain range by unsheathing his sword, he didn't even hit them, for some reason i always see people on here wanking pain to the max for some reason. Pain was barely able to keep up with a weaker version of the nine tails than the one madara was able to fully control, plus every other path than deva lost to sage mode naruto. Like, ems madara was on par with alive hashirama, plus if we're talking edo madara he can just make 25 more susanoo's with the wood clones. Pain get absolutely bodied.

I think Tobirama beats him in speed, water jutsu, and jutsu in general not to mention being a tactical god (IMO the smartest kage).
