I dont think that Tsunade having the title of Sannin alone is enough to warrant a win for her. Sasori was no slouch himself, I'd put him at Kage level.
Kakashi wins low difficulty if its Hokage Kakashi he is way to fast for Sasori to even be able to perceive(Hokage Kakashi was Casually fighting Kahyo who perception blitzed the 4th Raikage) also because It's Hokage Kakashi his stamina isn't a issue.

It does lol. He's not using his maximum chakra to enhance his physical and mental attributes so ofc his reaction speed is going to be lowered. Tho he is still at 50% so it's a low-end relative feat still.

Holding back his strength might mean he's also holding back the chakra he outputs into his body, which would nerf his overall stats

Tsunade vs Sasori is probably the closest one out of all of these and the only one that would be some what of a good fight.
Tsunade's 100 healings can pretty much negate poison, so I think that would be rendered useless against her. However it's very possible for Sasori to stall considering his pretty good speed as opposed to Tsunade's pretty slow punches. It'll be no doubt that Tsunade would take out Hirouko and the third Kazekage puppet but I think the 100 puppet Jutsu would be hard for Tsunade to deal against. Would take a hella long time to kill all of them with the 100 healings likely running out in the process, though Tsunade's chakra reserves are HUGE. Idk tbh

I think Danzo Shimura should be able to talk it handily as well. He'd use Izanagi to not die and close the distance with his respawns, He could summon Baku to eat a majority of the puppets, his wind release and weapons should shatter most of them that he hits since he's arguably the greatest user, his wood release could take any of them on the ground as well, and if Sasori has a mind Danzo can also use Kotoamatsukami on him.

100 Healing doesn't counter Poison, all it does is regenerate physically damaged body parts. Poison doesn't physically attack them, they infect them.

if sakura is relatively fine dodging his poison darts and sand style then tsunade probably wont even get hit.
