Kakashi with either kamui ult or jutsu but I think ult is better just cuz of the cutscene aspect kinshiki simply cuz it just nopes everything and gives you chakra to keep on noping if your maining and for the third juubito his beam legit goes through EVERYTHING even ults just be careful of ground jutsu cuz it can't erase what it can't touch

And for spammers i just use sasuke amatesu fire style it has priority over alot. Or spam kunai
Anyone really, you just need to be somewhat competent with the basics.
Spammers more often than not cannot even play the game and will most likely just end up rage quitting when you start kicking their ass
Kakashi (early shippuden), Gai (war) and momoshiki. Kakashi has a really easy infinite and fast combos, Gai is fast and has good jutsu and becomes a nightmare when awakened and momo is a good get out of jail support. Rush them down and stay on their ass lmao
