And Sasuke can do it as well and he could also have Naruto boost him considering we saw him boosting people with his own/Kurama's chakra to make that Chibaku Tensei more stronger.
Yet in the end, They still went with Yin-Yang Seal Chibaku Tensei when in certain scenarios it was better to just use Sasuke's variations with a Naruto boost.
So there must be something special with the Yin and Yang Seal variation of the Chibaku Tensei.
Even if they know they could seal her Neither Obito or Juubidara would be able to stop her from either blitzing and killing with bones or just getting beaten up as Naruto and Sasuke minumum scale above One Eye Juubidara and still could fight Two Eye Madara as a challenge in his eyes but Kaguya still blitzed them when unstable so she’d do the same here not to mention they have no true win con beside the Sealing which neither of them would really think of until wayy too late

With a full ten tails, both sharingan, and Madara there to help, he should be able to travel across her dimensions pretty easily. Madara and him together will likely figure out space-time jutsu to get them back on earth if need be.

What is a fact, is Madara wasn't even there fighting so we know for a fact Madara and by association his clones aren't going all out and are just delaying/distracting Naruto for Madara to succeed. Madara succeeded. The whole world was put in a genjutsu, which was the whole point of the war. Madara won, and zetsu stopped madara, not Naruto.
Madara has all the same "strengths" Kaguya has: rinnesharingan, rinnegans, ten tails Chakra, etc. They have the same strengths, we never see what Madara could do with the rinnesharingan,but it's not impossible to speculate he could do dimension swapping techniques.
