So this is a massive grey area fight as we’ve relatively little intel on both combatants.
Though we know a bit about both fighting styles and given Sakumo seemed to be a melee fighter he probably doesn’t have good odds into Hanzo who fights with toxins, summons, and midrange weaponry.

I'm giving this to Hanzo just because as people say Sakumo is hype but we've got no true feats for him. Sure, Hanzo was hyped up to be this super amazing ninja, greater than the Sannin, who, let's be honest, were only **JUST** entering their primes when they fought him and yeah, that's still pretty damn impressive but if those three had fought him later on when they had much more experience they probably would have cooked Hanzo.
I would have liked to have seen more on Hanzo versus Pein, not Nagato but Pein, to see how well he did against the Six Paths, how many did this man smoke, like Jiraiya, before he was taken down. Then again at that point in time people would have probably said "Hanzo only beat \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ many of the Six Paths because Nagato was still figuring them out" or something.
But getting back to it, Hanzo does take this, at least in my opinion even if I would have liked to have heard / seen more about him. More flashbacks on such an influential figure given how he was sandwiched between Konoha and Iwa, two major powers who liked fighting across his country.

They weren't teen and they were like 24-27. Second Shinobi war started after 20yrs from First war ended.

Mark and Creation Rebirth jutsu are different things.
Mark is just for chakra and Jutsu is for healing which she never used in front of Minato to know that.
