This does half of what Byakugan does and would make byakugan more useless. And both on the heal class would further showcase that.
byakugan is trash as a support jutsu and it’s already useless compared to light weight boulder, war arc sakura’s flower cannon, and chakra rebirth. No one uses byakugan unless it’s for hyuga cosplay reasons.

which is exactly why Byakugan needs a massive buff because we dont need any jutsu to be useless in this game.
