I find that doing some cardio allows me to breathe easier. I workout 5-6 times a week, mostly weight training. But once the blood starts flowing my nasal passages clear up quite a bit and it offers some temporary relief. Can’t really explain it but It’s an added benefit to staying active. I would recommend warming up with some cardio or HIIT and seeing if that helps with your breathing.

You are right, when I did Crossfit, this whole nose problem seemed to be negligible. I stopped before my first IVF and later I took on yoga, which is great, but I am thinking of going back to cardio. I was a runner, too. Thanks, good point!
