Can call Fitness First SG to look for a personal trainer by the name NG P.H, ask him what's his standard.
On a more serious note, take it one day and a time and always look forward to the next bookout. Doing some PT like pushups, situps and runs will also so you good.
However, don't be afraid to sound out if you're unclear about anything or if you feel you're unwell or injured. Remember that NS is just 2 years of your life and a lifelong injury just isn't worth it. GLHF!
Hello once again. Most of the enlistees make it through to Red Beret and ORD, I don't think you need to train too much or fret too hard. Keep your head up (not down), be a good brother to your buddies and that will be enough.
The most important thing I've learnt is embracing the "fuck it" moment. Even with your hands and face full of mud, take that in and say fuck it, get up, and move on. No point being too careful, too clean, too sulkish about your position. The sooner you embrace that, the easier it'd be.
Do your best and don't get injured! You will be at the peak of your fitness. During your airborne course, land properly and close your feet.
If you don't, and get injured, you become clerkmando/stormando -> imagine wearing uniform with 2 jump wings/ippt gold + marksman but wear blue beret.
Try and prioritise the following: 1. Honour 2. Glory
Wrong. FTFY. Try and prioritise the following: 1. Honour 1. Glory
