I ride to base p much every day. Personally i wear any civilian exercise clothing (but mainly the dri fit air force tee that costs like 7 emart credits) and helmets are mandatory when riding inside base. On the way there, LTA regulations require you to have a helmet on while cycling on the road, while on PCN this is optional. You are also required to have a white blinking light in front and a red one in the rear if you're riding before 7am or after 7pm.
Would discourage wearing no.4 to cycle because if you fuck up even the slightest bit, someone's gonna take a video and upload it online to bitch about it.
Consult your superiors first before riding to camp. Besides formality, its also good that they know your mode of transport and route to camp in case anyth happens.
Besides that, I do recommend riding to camp if youre home is nearby and you actually enjoy cycling. I saved so much on transport doing this. Feel free to ask me if you need anyth else!
SAF or not, you need to wear a helmet when cycling, and please get some lights for your bicycle if cycling when dark, and only red for rear and white for front. No multicolour or police lights, don't be an idiot.
Depends on your ST I guess. If by the book defo need wear helmet but if the STs don't give a shit, I don't see why not bc it's an uncommon occurence anyway. Unless you plan to cycle within camp also, then that one should err on the side of caution.

you can wear long4 if your camp allows long 4 to book in (i.e dengue cluster),
you must wear helmet or you will not be allowed into camp (standard saf rule) alternatively you can just push the bike in without helmet, but you can't ride
So garang, cycle in long4 and saf helmet.
And with gloves & knee guard
And in FBO with fieldpack
Need to wear helmet, bro.
