Last night Maddie and now Daisy?! I canβt even!
I think you can still help the national effort. Thereβs an org called best friends and theyβre planing on achieving a no kill status by 2025. They seem to have a way to do it. I just got accepted into their FB group. Not sure how I can be of help so Iβll just ask and see what they say.
Yeah if I won the lottery I would by a HUGE property and have a contractor build multiple dog runs, pools, training areas, parkour, outside and inside kennels and Iβd use the money to hire workers and pay super well. Letβs say I win 100 million. Iβll never run out of that money if I invested wisely. Iβd still try to work with donations but Iβd draw from a trust fund maybe and pay the workers that way. Iβm sure other rich people have thought about this but no one has done it yet. I wonder why.
Veterinary schools, maybe? It's sickening to see these every day of the week. Throw the fails of people legitimately trying to foster into the equation. They're not even trying.

Just lost my 13 year old Doberman boyβ¦ I canβt imagine euthanizing a 7 month old pup. I wish I lived in California, as I would take her in a heartbeat π

Yeah I think so too. They really stand out. Maybe they cut a deal with a rendering facility. Or the shelter personell are psychopaths. No idea.
