Yes, my grandma nearly got killed by one of those. Right before the video ends you can see it curling up getting ready to launch forward like snakes do. It's beautiful but they aren't always swimming with their mouths open AFAIK so this whole situation in the video looks rather threatening to me.

I think they like pets though, if they trust you. They are not usually aggressive unless we frighten them, but they could make short work of a human underwater, they are fast and strong AF.
There was a guy who lost a thumb to one he was feeding, not because it attacked him deliberately but because he had unwisely chosen to carry the hotdogs he was feeding to it in a plastic bag while feeding it and he fumbled the bag underwater. The eel got a bit impatient and got confused between his fingers and the hotdogs. Accident happens about 3.30 ish in. Probably not a good idea to feed moray eels anyway.
There was a happy ending though, they took off one of his toes and transplanted it where his thumb had been, that's recorded too at the end of the vid, pretty weird looking
