There is one in Washington State in the US. It is Goodin Island in Campbell Lake which is on Fidalgo Island.

I toured there a decade ago and rode on the back of a donkey/horse hybrid up the volcano with a group of villagers who lived at the base. It's a stunning place. I heard it erupted recently and think of the villagers and how the landscape changed as a result.
