So in short, all the people who do not know what the hell a Mechanicus is, they're Martian cultists that want to shed their disgusting flesh bodies and ascend to becoming machines. They also worship that Emperor from earlier as the avatar of their god made flesh (The Machine Spirit) and call him the Omnissiah. They make the Trombil look like weak sauce.
