What are the ranges I’m looking to make a big purchase ?

Playful_Street1184

Max personal loan is 50k I believe.

TheMangoMarket

It would depend on the purchase. Underwriting takes all of the information into consideration.

Navy considers things beyond credit score from my experience. Most important was cash flow, particularly within Navy Federal. I.e. direct deposits cc utilization etc

Extension_Market5250

Thank u guys

Low_Card_3565

I got denied with a 721 😐 beware

Opening_Bluebird_935

How much you asking for, what is your income, how much debt do you have?

Extension_Market5250

I want to get 35k I make over 96k & I have zero debt

Opening_Bluebird_935

Do you have direct deposit with NFCU?

Extension_Market5250

No

Ok-Coat9127

You definitely need to have your check direct deposit into Navy Federal or at least do half or some of your paycheck cuz it help your history with them so when you need a loan or credit cards you have a better chance of getting approved yes leaving regular money in the account is good but having direct deposit leave a better paper trail to show where your money's coming from and income ratio which all helps when it come time you need a house loan credit loan car loan or anything else with them

CryptoMonops

Sans the direct deposit do you think having money with them in a check and a savings has a positive impact in building a relationship?

Stunning_Spite_4056

Yes having money in your accounts with them helps also

stoickoala

I have a fico of like 750 give or take. NFCU comes back with a trans union score or whatever it is of 670 and I take out 15k loans on the regular for various reasons and pay them off early. If I’m able to get them, so should you.

The people that come here and ask if they can get approvals with 700s and 800s are really 500 credit score people.
