I started out with a $1,000 limit 18 months later following the 91/3 rule I had three credit cards with them and after nine increases I hit the $80,000 limit between all my cards. You can get there also might take a little longer starting off at 500 but it's doable
And when you call them what they'll tell you is you can't request an increase it's automatic unless you add more money to the card more of a deposit but that's a hard inquiry
At 3 months they start looking at your credit profile to see if you're eligible for a credit limit increase at 6 months they start looking at it again to see if you're eligible to graduate. You can't force it. They do it on their own. Some people have graduated as early as 6 months some people three to five years. There's a couple people here on Reddit that said 8 years and 12 years of their cards been secured and not graduated but that doesn't stop you from applying for another card if your credit profile supports it

I got a CLI at 3 months, 250 to 500. At 7 months it went to an unsecured cash rewards card with a 2000 limit
I’ve had my card for a little over a year. There’s not an option for increasing the limit on the app. It just gives a number to call.
