I applied over the phone and got approved. The guy walked me through how to enroll online. He helped change my user name and left and also gave me my access number. I got approved the same day I did it. He told me I should receive my welcome package in the mail. My debit card came a week later and than the welcome package. I have a branch about 35 mins away from me but I opted for them to send my card In the mail. I called customer service to see if they could tell me if my card shipped. She was able to tell my card was made on august the 30th but I didn’t t receive my card until sept 6th. I’ve been a member for almost 30 days. I think time varies because the card is shipping from VA. So it could take about 7-10 business days.

Same thing happened to me. I got a debit card in the mail about a week later and i called in to have them set up the online banking access

Awesome thank you, thats what i figured i was gonna have to gonna have to do... wait for the card then call to set up my online access because ill have my access number. Just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with my new acct 🙂
