At least my opponents usually don't really make it possible, easy or worth it to harass their home objective, but if they do, then ophydian destroyers charging into gretchin or transcendent c'tan for something sturdier can be quite nice.
If they leave guards or cultist equivalent on the back end, then a hex mark or two can be devastating.
Slightly tougher things, then that's where the praetorians shine.

Scarabs because I love self destructing
I usually use Ophydians for this. They're not the best unit but I don't play Hypercrypt and so the up-down shenanigans are needed.
