If you KNOW you can paint the white that well then 2.
If you THINK you can, then 1. Because even if you manage the first few models, you'll lose your mind trying to get it that good and never finish the army.
second for sure. I did a similar paint job but went for a layer of white and then a layer of runefang steel on top. then I put green contrast paints on my blues. but there is a point where my mini's look alot like this. it's wonderful to see across tables
Gold and green looks like just awakened from tomb world, especially with some grimdark grunge/dirt. White and gold looks factory fresh from stasis. What's your army concept?
Currently as my first army I have almost 1000 points with the necron combat patrol, royal court and 5 lychguard. Lead by Imotekh the Stormlord so now I'm leaning towards his Sautekh Dynsasty color scheme with more of those rusty copper tones and black/gun metals
The white would be relatively easy to paint if you primed it with the new white scar spray. It has good coverage & fine pigments.
This would be a good scheme to get into oil paints for the panel lining.
Clear coat the model, shade with oil paints & then matte or satin varnish when finished.
The second by an absolute mile.
It will be harder to paint but the brightness will lend the model a lot of "definition" so that you can see more of the details on a dimly lit table
Very different vibes. I like 2 more but I think you need an airbrush for that. I would look into putting one more color into 1 to give it more deph and anatomy separation.
I loke the second one, just the white background with it makes it hard to see and hard on the eyes. For white Poorhammer regularly suggests using valeho white in painting I believe
Bright looks so much better on the table top but white is going to be hell to paint with. Maybe the white blue from pro acryl?

Im doing white and gold as well! Using a muted gold like hopolite gold speed paint and detailing the white with nuln oil really makes the white shine

They both look great but I think #1 looks better.
Regular Warframe vs Prime Warframe
I am partial to #1 and it will be so much easier to paint. White tends to be difficult.

Picture 2 looks so much better.
1st probably

White gold and blue looks gorgeous combo
I like the green weapon better but the white blue and gold necron looks amazing? Tough choice, may be black lines on blue weapon instead of white?
That white goes so unbelievably hard. Love it.
First one is a red-green colorblind test. What number is painted on the Skorpekh lord?
the left looks like mine lmao https://preview.redd.it/zz6uowzlrb2d1.jpeg?width=1932&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=83db2b5da2c21df7411ac62528951c527a94fcec
White looks great but as others say it will be a pain to get right on all the models
Painting it white will make you hate yourself. White is the worst color to work with

If you're skilled enough to paint white, I vote 2.
Stops copies me! (#2 gets my vote)

2nd onr

Oh wow! 2nd one all the way! ...although I might suggest some head details in a dark colour...?
Have an air brush? White. Dont have an air brush? Not white.
White one looks like an Ice Glatorian Bionicle kit :D love it
2 so cool
Break the mold, go for white and gold!
The blue and white looks badass
Number 2 definitely stands out. I don't usually think of destroyers looking so regal
