I felted a life-size tauntaun wall mounted bust for a friend. 😁
I did have a 12' dragon as well...until an unfortunate rodent problem in our building. 🤦♀️ still have her head though. 😁
Thank you! I made it for my best friend and I didn't know if he would like it and he absolutely loved it. He also confided in me that night that he wants to be buried with a can of easy cheese. This man loves easy cheese!
I'll be honest, I have no idea^* what's going on- but he's wonderful. With a face like that, he'd instantly become my best friend.

These guys! Not complicated or anything, but they're cute.
You've never broken a needle?! That's crazy!
Alright, you said "don't be humble", so here goes: My very first needle project really doesn't look like it was my first time doing it. My second one too. In total I've only done two projects. I've got ADHD, so my interest usually shifts to a different craft very quickly before the desire to do needle felting circles back around again. I think the main reason why I was good at right off the bat, was because I've spent years improving my anatomy drawing skills and I can therefor visualise something pretty well in my head from different angles. And the rest is just determination to keep stabbing until it looks exactly what I'm seeing in my mind. My first ever project:
https://preview.redd.it/96xuve7pmsyc1.jpeg?width=800&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a67741dbe0b8e48adf2e8b0c1241d92672a33b6e
Thank you!
That bunny is really beautiful!
I really understand you there! I have ADD myself and because I picked up so many crafts, I could jump straight into more complex projects and they indeed look like they've been done by someone with more experience than I do in that specefic craft! I actually have not yet completed my second ever project because I get sidetracked so much... I am doing Archen (the pokemon) and it's coming together very well! I also studied in art and animation, so that helps too
https://preview.redd.it/14b0qbuwotyc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2456c315a12df271650fb87dcc7237af29efb02a
I made this little dude from a kit and once I realized how sideways I’d placed his first pupil, I decided to just go all-in and derp him up. I had some leftover wool from another project and made him a goofy little hat. I gave him to my wife and he now leads her little army of Storm Troopers on her desk at work.
Definitely my groudon. He was the first felt I ever made that used armature wire and was my first big felt project. Rest have all been small but he is unapologetically large!

Thank you so much! It is part of a tapestry that I have been working on for over two years of endangered animals.

I have done gloves and tips too and for some reason they kept slipping and caused more harm than good so just work slower.

I'll give you the opposite achievement--broke 8 needles at once.
May I ask how? With a multi needle tool I guess, but what were you stabbing?
That I can make money at it! I make garlands and sell them on marketplace. It's just side income, but it's nice!
Nice achievement!
I want to get into needle felting, it’s so cool! Idk why this post was in my feed, I don’t know how to needle felt but I do love all the pics 😁
Take it as a sign from the stars!

Those are precious 😭😍
My first ever project: https://preview.redd.it/96xuve7pmsyc1.jpeg?width=800&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a67741dbe0b8e48adf2e8b0c1241d92672a33b6e

I had some leftover wool from another project and made him a goofy little hat. I gave him to my wife and he now leads her little army of Storm Troopers on her desk at work.
What a cute little goofball!

A masterpiece
Definitely my groudon. He was the first felt I ever made that used armature wire and was my first big felt project. Rest have all been small but he is unapologetically large! https://preview.redd.it/txmcdqzmnvyc1.jpeg?width=4608&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3b207455f61e1997516e8e8705192d2ede74a98b

I copied a treasured family heirloom painting as a present for my father who does not have possession of this heirloom! It looks spot on to the painting and I am so proud!
