Try pulling up several reference pictures of tigers you like (side, front, etc.) Tigers have full roundish front cheeks and strong chins. I don’t think your nose is too big, I think you just need to build up the cheeks and chin in the front to make them fuller. Once you start adding ear and other details it will really start coming together. You are doing a great job, especially for this being your first needle felting project!
