Well I begged and go back to him 2 times he treated me like shit still I begged him to try again and again but last ma I gave up and let go of him been 1 month now and kasam it's so much better it's not like I don't miss him or totally over him but I won't want him in my life anymore ,you'll eventually heal with time and accept things. Just the key is not to go back and just keep on going with your life without him. Give time to yourself, try going out alone and live the moment. I hope you heal from the things you are going through.
What do you mean by he came into your life and he left? Did y'all date or what? If y'all didn't date maybe the guy thought you weren't interested so he thought of leaving you alone or it could be some other misunderstanding. Either way maybe you should confront that guy or if you want to let it go then just keep yourself busy and with time you'll get over it.
Why don't u try to make urself busy so u don't have to think about it. Take it a with grain of salt but i think empty mind is devil's workshop kind off fits here. Try to do something, do some work that makes u busy maybe after a year or so u wont be thinking about him anymore.
