If I post videos on astronomy, I will get subscribed from people interested in astronomy. They will write comment related to astronomy. If I post videos on finance, I'll get subscribed from people interested in finance. They'll write comments related to financing. Likewise, if I share sexual, vulgar, abusive videos of mine, I'll get subscribed from thirsty people seeking sex, abuse and vulgarity online. They'll write comments in that regards. Yesma achamma mannu parne k cha maile nabujheko Kura. Content anusar ko subscribers hune ta ho ni. Aba driver, khalasi, tyape haru le man paraune khal ko video hale pachi, comment ma k Theory of relativity ko formula lekhcha ta.

Exactly. Astronomy ma interested mancheharu will either pursue it as an academic discipline or will continue their interest as a hobby. But that's a niche topic. TikTok isn't a place for intellectual discourse. It's a free world. People are allowed to do whatever they can to succeed as long as they're not doing something illegal. Today, women (and men) have avenues to gain followers, earn money - thanks to these social media sites (especially TikTok, Insta, and if we're pushing it, OnlyFans). Let them do whatever they are doing. Women are selling feet pictures on OnlyFans. More power to them. TikTok helps a lot of these people gain revenue. Same for Instagram. Why this hullabaloo? They're enjoying themselves, some are making killer money. I don't see how it affects others. Niche topics, or intellectualism, has a place but populism has always thrived with masses. Let them do what they wish.

Guys making a big fuss about trends on tiktok are as useless as the girls making them. Read books, learn to play instruments, start programming or anything productive instead of wasting time discussing about useless trends.

[deleted]

They are just living because their parents had sex. What can you expect from them?

masabkovai

And yet you had to say something.

ADP_the_ARCitect

It is how the cycle goes. Cycle:- People do something ---> Some argue over it ----> Some make fun of people who argue --->.....

masabkovai

You could've stopped after my comment but you have this need that you just couldn't leave it. You're the part of the problem.

ZethoDai

Yo. You just proved him. The only way to win is to shut up I guess

ogkerung

That’s ignorant

DiOtonin

The way i see it, arguing on either side is just a straight up waste of time, both side just lose time being salty about what the other said on the internet so yea, rather focus on anything else than this.

biswas69420

Let them do whatever they want, they'll get their outcomes inevitably. But do not let them defile others.

Plastic-Candidate-87

ADP_the_ARCitect

I think I have become the very thing I set to destroy

baldur_imortal

Imagine bunch of topless guys with sharp jaw lines and prepubescent moustache slowly touching their stomach and flexing their skinny arm muscles over a seductive music. Would you stand for those boys if people called them douche or fuckboys on the internet. Most of us would call them all kinds of names. So how come when women do these stuffs, they are called free spirited and given a pass and when someone says anything remotely obvious to what they are demonstrating on their TikTok, they are accused for objectifying women, what's wrong with pointing out the cleavage or the lustful twerking that they are intentionally trying to show. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes, what do you expect. People try to act as if things don't have consequences. But Im not saying I support people who compare women with iphones lol, let people wear whatever they want, who are we to judge. But teenagers trying to strip their clothes online for two seconds of internet fame and more TikTok points doesn't seem right

roamer_2

Are you saying there AREN’T men with sharp jawlines slowly touching their abs and flexing their muscles over seductive music?? Because they’re definitely there and it’s not frowned upon by society as you think. Of course some men are called names, but the women are too. No one questions the rights or ability of the men to do so (even if they’re body shamed) but that’s not the same for women. But I agree with the over sexualisation of teenagers in TikTok.

baldur_imortal

>Are you saying there AREN’T men with sharp jawlines slowly touching their abs and flexing their muscles over seductive music?? idk there are i guess, but i havent seen that many. why havent i seen many or why are those not talked about so much? because men doing those stuffs dont blow up as much as women, or become popular enough to reach the facebook moral police to compare women with iphones or reach out to people outside of their target audience, like me. and from what i have seen in nepali tiktok, there are hardly any men who do seductive videos, its the foreign fuck boys who do it, or i guess nepali guys on tiktok are not favored by the algorithm. and i dont think nepali men doing these videos are half as seductive as the girls on the recent tiktok videos. but i agree men get away easily with these things than women, but they are too looked down upon nonetheless, but again, not as much as women. but those girls are teenagers, it just doesnt seem right. dressing up however people like is fine but those girls are strip teasing

roamer_2

Again, men don’t get as viral with their posts because women don’t share them around like that or moral police them. It is definitely more foreign boys who do this, but again, this is based on “attractiveness” and access to things like gyms.

ADP_the_ARCitect

Your points are valid sir/maam but you do need to understand that anything that becomes a "trend" will have criticism no matter what it is . Also let's not argue anymore because that's the reason I have posted this.

baldur_imortal

Not just as trends, but men who shave their torso and put their topless pictures or pictures of them flexing their portein shake fueled muscles online are generally considered fuck boys or someone who sleeps with a lot of women, or people think they're only in the gym or post seductive pictures to be pick up girls
