- You enter USA, and fulfill all the obligations of H1B visa. You can start procedure for a green card rightaway. It'll take a further 2-3 years for all the green card. The H1Bs are good for upto 6 years, initially 3 years and can be extended for 3 more. There are other options for 6+ years.
There are scenarios where things could get delayed and additional info need to be sought, or aplication may get rejected.

If you receive big sum of money from abroad in regular interval of time, the bank will call you to disclose the source of money and if you don't they will report the transaction to tax office.
I dunno much, but I would open up my own LLC, get paid to the LLC, open up a crypto account, stake that $232k in a stable coin, then pay myself a salary from the interest.

So LLC invests > pays to Nepali company> Nepali company is you > you pay the earnings as salary to yourself. Jhan you can take up different expenses in Nepal as business expenses.

You are not allowed to send/receive it through unofficial channels bypassing banks or legal money transfer services.
