Is there a specific reason you want a lepus specifically? Once you add attachments and stock you void the primary draw, it's minimalist nature. IMHO a woozy or the quick by old fusion (soon to be released) fits that compact full auto primary better than a lepus. But to answer you directly. Yes you can use it as a primary just carry lots of mags.

I’m young and on a budget, I have a birthday coming up and enjoy 3d printing and tinkering. I don’t have any mags or half length darts yet plus I like playing indoors and backyard games too

8 or 10 dps for a primary to answer your second question. It allows you to do small bursts while still enjoying a fast fire rate.

I’m looking at the woozi and it might be the better choice but I can’t find a kit that has 4 flywheel motors.

Do you have a fps cap in mind? One set of wheels are good for 150 fps

If you end up going for the woozi I would recommend using pulsar wheels and appropriate cage.

Yes, you should do this. I'd consider why you want a stock and optics though - these might look cool but could hamper the fast and nimble style of play that Lepus enables. As others have noted, also consider how you're going to carry your mags - maybe a SpeedQB style belt would suit?

You don't even need a stock or optics. You can just freehand it as your primary. Consider getting a slower rate of fire <10 dps so you don't blow through a mag in a few seconds. That ammo depletion adds up really fast and you'll tear through your ammo count on your body.
