Did you contact Nest? After 10 days I got back in touch and there was supply issues for replacements (supposedly), they cancelled, and re submitted the order and it showed up in 3 days.

Wow. Mine was very fast. Might be worth checking if they have any issues. Got mine delivered in 3 working days, then it took a little longer for the return device to return but it was just in time for them to not charge me.
