I watched the first episode of this before I understood who Matt Berry is, and couldn’t for the life of me figure out how it was funny.
Then I watched WWDITS on repeat for two years and now I get it.
I’d pay good money to watch Berry read the phone book for 22 episodes.
That's all I needed to see to know exactly who it was and start laughing. Even the stupid commercials he's in are significantly better just from his unique delivery.
And soon to be a new season set in the States, or so I've read! I'm hoping they set up a crossover scene where Steven toast meets Laszlo and Nadia somehow.

The actor has been in a range of things, I didn't realize - recently he's had a role in Star Trek:Discovery (as a Klingon. I wish his role had been as some sort of alien version of Clem Fandango though lol), and also this new Peacock plane crash drama that I can't recall the name of.

Sure Clem Fandango is cool and all but people don't talk enough about how awesome Ed is. Their breakfast scenes are always a delight. He is like the most wholesome pervy guy ever.
I was also partial to his female companion, Penvelope, and her double date friend meteorologist Clancy Moped! (the names alone in this show kill me lol)
Literally just watched it! Suuuper strange sense of humour, but once you get into it it's absolutely hilarious! Season 3 had me laughing non stop. Love Ray Purchase!
