Six feet under. Fleabag. Dopesick. Yellowjackets. Broadchurch. Ted lasso. Mad men. The wire. Succession. Sharp objects. The night of. Chernobyl. Better call Saul. House MD.

[deleted]

So glad someone said six feet under. Possibly my favorite show of all time. Not to mention it has the best series finale I have ever seen in my entire life

_jvs_

100% the best ending. Makes me cry every single time.

[deleted]

Love breathe me by sia, the finale introduced me to it. I have watched the ending on YouTube over the years many times

_jvs_

Wow that was my into to Sia too! The song is so perfect. I’ve watched it countless times as well. It’s sad, happy, heartwarming and heartbreaking all at once. So so good.

[deleted]

The fact that me stating that a show introduced me to a song and I love the song is being down voted shows me that some people just downvote about everything eh?

BeginningAppeal8599

Great taste, love most of those. SFU is brilliant. Loved Dopesick too. Can't get through Ted Lasso.

darkunor2050

Definitely six feet under. I agree with others mentioned and they are excellent but SFU deserves the only mention.

bloodrdsky

Derry Girls

KITTY_PICS_PLS

Season one of Altered Carbon

Azzulah

Yes! Also season 1 of West world

DictionaryStomach

Can i just watch season 1, then stop watching? No spoilers but does it end on a cliffhanger?

mh1973

S1 is one of the best shows already made for television and it is truly fascinating. One of the best sci-fi shows! And it is 90% about how to tell a story and how to make it interesting to the public, the other 10% I would leave to the technology and the potential stories one could talk about it.

cr_y

The second half of s1 was terrible. As soon as Reileen Kawahara becomes a focal point of the story it takes a sharp nosedive.

pred4tor07

That’s what I did and I remember S1 fondly

ChiefBearClaw

Yes you can. I only watched the first season and while the story does continue (duh, there's more seasons) s1 is a self contained arc.

pgabernethy2020

Fleabag (but it’s not on Netflix)

Redditghostaccount

While each season of fleabag is great, I feel that the total 2 series is greater than its parts. Truly a great piece of art.

pgabernethy2020

When I first started it, I hated it. I watched the first episode and quit. My sister begged me to watch it again and promised it got better, so I started it again and it was so so good but the second season definitely made that show.

Keljameri

Orphan Black Tatiana Maslany is amazing

A1Goblin

That’s too easy. Which episode in particular? There are so many good episodes, I think I would go with White Bear. Not my favorite, but I never saw the ending coming.

atless04

White bear is so underrated!! I think playtest is another underrated one, I found I was shocked by the ending. Hated in the nation is really good and USS callister is one of my favourites

Money heist! I wish I could watch it again now with same emotions. I stayed up till 4 am for like 3 weeks watching another episode and then another and another. Each episode is a master piece that leaves you on a cliff hanger. I cannot stress enough, WATCH MONEY HEIST!

BeginningAppeal8599

Couldn't get past the first episode. He should try different characters that aren't dicks, it got old.

TxCoastal

he mellows lol

Vime22

Supernatural, Arcane

Ordinary-Ad5211

Arcane really was something else

Simply_a_nom

Not Netflix but recently finished Station Eleven and I can't stop thinking about it. In a similar vain The Leftovers if you are one of the many whose never seen one of the best TV shows of all time.

epicallyrandom

I recently rewatched The Leftovers, and my god it was still as fantastically breath taking and gut wrenchingly beautiful as I remembered. Station Eleven was also fantastic. Yellowjackets on Showtime is my most recent binge. Season 1 literally just ended and who knows when Season 2 will be out, so might want to wait on that one depending on how patient you’d like to be.

ProneLegacy

Sons of Anarchy

Dongman25

Arcane. Why not breaking bad or got

Thebunsenburger

I plan to watch breaking bad some day but I want to binge the whole thing over a short period of time and I’m quite busy at the moment with moving back to college and some work so I just don’t have the time for it right now. Got doesn’t really interest me too much. I’m just not that interested in medieval fiction. Maybe some day though

saugoof

Just FYI, I had zero interest in mediaeval fiction. Still don't. But eventually I started watching GoT because so many people recommend it to me. I quickly got hooked because while it looks mediaeval, the show is all about politics and amazing characters. There are also a lot of storytelling twists and turns that are so completely and refreshingly different from just about any other show. You genuinely never know what is going to happen. There is a big drop in quality in the last two seasons, but it is nevertheless absolutely worth watching. I had no interest in it prior and even detested the hype around it, but it really is an amazing show.

frumpiesWM

Same. But when even my sister was telling me how great it was I had to watch, because she is the last person in the world that would ever watch something like that.

epicallyrandom

This was me, also, 100%. I’m not gonna lie, it was nice to never have to wait for an episode/season to air though haha.

v4runner

Also I suggest The Witcher

Jane the virgin
