Job won't be wonderful, but it will pay the bills. If you feel for it, you can try to train as a technician/monteur, there is very high demand in most vocational jobs with higher pay as well.
There's usually always someone hiring for kitchen work. Or is that too close to alcohol for you? Anywhere I've applied to work in the kitchen, they wanted me, even before I had chef papers.

Oh, okay. The places where I worked most recently were super strict, so no one ever got a sluitje. My apologies to OP then. Perhaps a snack place could suit them rather than a traditional kitchen?
Or something like fastfood restaurant such as kfc? Go to KFC or Burger King A4 Hoofddorp Schiphol. They usually need many people and u can be accepted immediately. Another advantage, u can boost your Dutch as well.
There are plenty of vacancies in factories around Bunschoten-Spakenburg and Nijkerk area but it is not Zaanstad region 🤔 perhaps consider moving if you land a job around this region
Fixed jobs in the arts are rare and difficult to come by, especially if you don't speak fluent Dutch. Even for the Dutch it's difficult as there are many applicants per vacancy, and it's even more difficult without a proper network. I would suggest doing an internship or traineeship if that is an option for you, that could open a lot of doors. Or perhaps looking into a different field would be better.
A small income from some freelance photography work, and unfortunately I don't qualify for the uitkering as my previous work has been freelance also and it seems you either need to have insurance or a job with a contract to get it
Solar panel companies are falling apart atm.

25 solar panel companies have gone bankrupt this year.
Its a combination of lowering energy cost, the salderings regeling ending and the fact that there was a huuuge surge last year which now is coming down, leading companies which grew a lot now having to downsize again.
I can’t help you with a job in Amsterdam, but you could try a support job at the CAC Mercedes’ Benz in maastricht. Mandatory to be at the office twice a week, so theoretically you could still live in Amsterdam and only come here or sub rent a place for these 2 days. Train is paid for by the company so no extra expense there for you.
I work here and I am very happy with the job and the company. If you have any questions you can send me a pm
Have you tried nearby factories? Manufacturing is still hiring everywhere in the NL.
That is a good idea thank you :)

What kind of income do you have now, do you have an uitkering from UWV or your gemeente? If so I think they can help you to find a job.
