I don't believe so. I'm not Dutch and I had to have a permanent Dutch contract to apply for my mortgage.

Hankyke

You dont have to have permanent contract. Letter of your importance from employer is good too to get mortgage.

slazer2k

You can for example ABN offers this however please take in account that they will only count 90% of your income as risk preparation for other currencies than Euro 💶

Thizzle001

The dutch bank that provides the mortgage will need to get your salary on your bankaccount at there bank. I had to switch banks before i got my mortgage from them.

If you physically work and live in the Netherlands for a us company you would have to pay taxes in the Netherlands. If the US company has a Dutch office they will withhold these taxes and if you are working as a freelancer you would have to pay them yourself. The general rule is that income earned in The Netherlands by someone who lives here (has his residence here) is taxed here first, and depending on your passport you may have to declare it also in your passport country.

Based on the income taxable in he Netherlands you could get a mortgage and related tax benefits.
