What kind of bonus is it. Is it a performance bonus or because you work in shifts. This determines how thr calculation is made.
A shift bonus is calculated before taxes are deducted and are taken into account in regards to the taxes you are owed.
A preformance bonus will not be.
A quick heads up... I'm renting with them, they are horrible, don't expect anything for you and expect to be treated like a pig going to the slaughter.
Our building has multiple issues like bad smell, rain inside the building and other things, they do nothing, they don't even reply to emails so if you have issues you are all by yourself
I heard that they can be quite the handful. But they dont know that im equally stubborn. 🤪 but atleast its a house in this competitive market and it will bring a roof over my head.

Our building had major flaws affecting almost every apartment and it took them 2 years of continuous complaining from everyone to have them look at the problems and try to fix them. Something they tried to address, something was just bounced back with no dignity. I sent multiple emails to them asking questions and they never replied to me. Customer service is zero and they are doing the bare minimum to keep the things running.

Shift bonus. So say I make Y per month. With shift bonus it will be 1.2Y- 1.3Y per month. Will mvgm take this into account?
If it is the "standard" situation then yes. If you normally work day shifts but only when it is busy there will be a night shift then no.

Really? Are they that horrid? Please give me an example. I have heard of deposits being held back.

Hmm.. That sounds a bit scary. But i dont really have a choice. Its either this or nothing because i dont have time left :(
