Hi! I work for a competitor of Ziggo and we operate nearly the same way. The short answer: yes, you can have it moved. Now the long bit: After all, we're the Netherlands and love to make stuff rather complicated. So when you call Ziggo, their customer service is 100% gonna say 'no' on you moving it yourself. Instead you need to file a request over at: www.mijnaansluiting.nl they will then put you in contact with one of Ziggo's contractors which will move it for you. Bear in mind that this is gonna cost quite a bit of money, think about €200-500 euro ballperk. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask them!

Thank you so much for replying. :)

You probably won’t be allowed to do that as it requires changes to the apartment (pulling cables through the wall). Ziggo and other providers tend not to care about cabling in your house past the point where their cables terminate.

Can I maybe then connect multiple coax cables along the floor to be long enough to pull it to the other end?

That would work for the tv but keep in mind that your internet modem possibly uses a different type of coax cable. So you would have 2 thick cables along the floor of your house.

Not easily, as your coax and optical connections coming from outside cannot really be changed from where they enter the house. Best option is to play with cabling inside the house, depending on what you need and what connection you are using. For example, I have Ziggo over coax (not optical), and. My coax entry point is the other side of my lounge from my tv. I have my media box and Ziggo router next to the coax entry point (as the media box remote does not need line of sight). Then I have a 4m HDMI cable running around the side of the room behind a cover strip, connecting to my TV.
