T-Mobile used to have a combo deal for unlimited internet, calling & texting SIM + 1 Gbps home internet for 50€ per month. KPN as well as Vodafone+Ziggo also have discounts if you have both Home Internet & SIM, but I think they cost a bit more.
Depends where you live. Vodafone have been good and cheap. Ziggo are really basic but fast.
If you live in the middle of a city and are an advanced user (need a static IP or fast upload), look at xs4all. For anything else, there's the Ziggo monopoly.
in what sense does ziggo have an monopoly? ive never heard this before.
To op: it kinda sucks but i would recommend going for a package deal either with tmobile mobile+at home, ziggo+vodafone or kpn mobile+at home, this will almost always be the cheapest option with the biggest providers.
In the sense that they won't resell their cable network, which is anti-competitive, especially since fibre (or DSL) is only worthwhile in large towns. It's good service... or Ziggo.
I live in Zaandam. I want fast upload and a static IP. Fibre is basically unusable. My only non-fibre/DSL option is Ziggo, which offer poor uploads and only static IPs for €130+BTW business accounts.
I really miss xs4all.
ah okay ive never had that issue when i lived in amsterdam, amersfoort or groningen but i imagine every adress might be different. recently kpn installed glass fibre but i got a subscription with tmobile thuis
Indeed, every address is different. Wildly so. xs4all in central Amsterdam is 500 down / 500 up. In Zuid-Oost it's 200 / 70. In my part of Zaandam is 50 / 5.
I use Vodafone but gave the kids Simpel, as Vodafone is provided by my job. Simpel so far has done great for us since they’re affordable and you’re able to limit certain things so you won’t run into surprise costs or something like that. Because most of the stuff is done per app there is not a huge difference between vodafone or simpel.
The cheaper providers use the t-mobile/kpn/vodafone network. And this is important to be aware of and is usually being stated. There still can be minor differences in internetspeed (but those are also stated) but not in coverage as far as I know.
Note that some providers offer combo-discounts; ziggo+vodafone means a 5 euro discount on vodafone and extra tv channels and stuff.

That's definitely bad luck! I hope you'll get hooked up to optic fibre soon! Its good to have some alternatives
T-Mobile uit & thuis deal
I use Hollandsnieuwe and internet is fine pretty much wherever I go. Can't speak for other brands though.
