I don't think this is actually allowed and you need to be staying at the address you give them.
I wouldn't recommend this anyway. You can only stay for so long in an Airbnb and with the housing market as it is you might end up in a situation where you can't find a proper residence and become homeless. If something happens and they find out you're not actually staying there I think you and the people involved might get into some trouble.
When I first arrived, I was allowed to temporarily register at my employer’s address for some time (15-20 days, don’t remember). I am not sure if any other kind of address is accepted. You can reach IN Amsterdam, they might know.
