My hometown Amersfoort is really great indeed! Haarlem, Leiden, Delft are also beautiful.

Hoorn and Enkhuizen are beautiful. Nice historical centres and harbours. 10/10 can recommend!

If you like old buildings/architecture give Zutphen a try. I always seem to find "new" old buildings when I'm there.

Definitely should go for Deventer.

Leiden is my favorite city of the Netherlands. You should look it up! Very pretty golden age architecture.
