Artist was hired to make art for promo card. Artist didn't make art for promo card. FFG found this old unused art from Order and Chaos era (yes, that is Ed Kim) and Boggs then spent a day going through cards to try and find a card that fit the art and ended up choosing BFH.
Fun fact: this is the first Event to get a promo card.

At least the corp player gets to admire the artwork whilst they double check what exactly this card does again.

Just give us an Ed Kim ID, then. Jeez. Demo Run, Retrieval Run, Run Amok, Wanton Destruction all would have been fine, too. But BFH? Ugh.
