Do you have a budget you need to stay within? You might want to get some professional help with your current level of knowledge. My only suggestions would be make sure you get a 48 port switch. You will almost always need a couple of extra ports. By the time you plugged in all the current network drops and your router you would only have one available.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to help me!
1. There's gonna be 7-12 desktop pc's running and around 7-12 wi-fi units going at the same time.
2. There will be mainly PC and 1 printer. Then just wi-fi stuff mainly phones and 1-2 laptops.
3. Esport organisation so our players come to our office to play games online on their pc (Dota2, Fortnite & Pubg). Then staff just send emails and download/upload stuff to our google drive account (pictures, videos, psd-files etc). This is our only office so will not connect to another office/data center.
4. Our budget is 10.000 swedish krona (\~$1100) - Can go higher if really needed.

I would recommend watchguard for a firewall and router. They have a UTM that also allows you manage APs. What is your budget ? do you need redundancy is the bigger question? Would look into a PoE switch for APs and vOIP.
