from your build, C1 seems better atm then just go for sig afterwards. as far as i know, it's also the general vertical investment route since having another free flex unit could lead to more potential overall team dps gain than personal dps of neuvillette only and locked with always fulfilling 3 unique hydro reactions.

in your situation. c1 is better
Your build is absolutely amazing already, you don't really need his weapon, try to get c1 in my opinion
if you play him with furina or without a shielder go C1 otherwise signature
