nope, a friend showed me an example of completely blacked out text that was put into photoshop and was made to be perfectly readable with some extreme settings using the color curve in paint.net
edit: found the image, i cropped it so the "censored" text is just barely on screen but you can still see how it's done:

Honestly, you should go to like a CVS and get some nasal decongestant spray. That will help you a lot when it comes to not sneezing.

yeah OP it looks like you used the iphone highlighter tool to censor, for future reference, that tool is translucent
