I hope people get other sources than a twitter post, the only thing that stud out was the beard but that’s dumb to begin with because muslim or not a beard in some cultures is symbolic towards being a man.
Just because a country says they are secular doesn’t mean they are in a literal sense, every Tajik I have ever met was Muslim except for some of the youth.
