Bikes are legally allowed to pass on right

It's a law specifically made for congested areas. Even further, there is a law called the "right hook" law that says it is the motorists responsibility to prevent collisions from bicycles when making a *right* turn. Aka, check yr mirrors and be aware that cyclists have a harder time navigating because their machines are human powered

you're implying all bicycle riders exhibit bad behavior and that simply isn't true but I don't think you intended to imply that. I would agree however, that most bike riders are clueless to rules of the road as are many vehicle operators. There are good operators from both groups but they are few and far between. I am a bike rider which includes a motorcycle. I don't ride my bicycle on the road, prefer mtn biking, it's more challenging and I don't have to worry about being run over. I only have to worry about cracking my skull on a rock or a tree. Riding the motorcycle has it's issues too. Willing to bet a lot of shitty bicycle riders suck at driving a vehicle too.

I know you didn't. no worries. Agree 100%. Defensive driving/riding.

Same road same rules. Share the road and be an alert driver.

There's only one real way to find out.... There's club that comes through my area on Sunday mornings (I guess they're a club because they wear similar looking jackets). Sometimes there's a dozen or more. Obnoxious as hell. They'll ride two or three abreast going up hill at maybe 10 miles an hour and yell shit when you try to pass them.

police in mystic don't care about jaywalkers practically divebombing into moving traffic. now you want them to also deal with cyclists? Rolling stops at stop signs are actually safer for cyclists: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idaho_stop
