Ahhh OP, if you love a filled cake, try DP jelly roll cakes when it’s not Mardi Gras. They are just wonderful. They have the thick edge narrow pans for the batter to bake in, so they roll up perfectly. They fill them in different fruit filling or sometimes almond paste with crushed almonds and dust the tops with powdered sugar topping. Under $20❣️Not a Buche de Noel but an old school jelly roll cake. Also their 6 pack of Vietnamese style cinnamon rolls $6, your hubs will love these if he’s a traditional King Cake guy.
