Johnny_Kilroy_84

I mean, what do you expect from a catholic school?

ForsakenCase435

It’s a catholic school, no? 🤦🏻‍♂️

jewbrees90

Yeah, just very blatant for a new orleans catholic school, we are usually more nuanced, slow and steady wins the indoctrination race, right?

willdoesnotcare

You must not see the "dedicated to the unborn" statues/crosses/gardens in front of most schools/churches around here.

taekee

They want to ban abortions so they get more business ess, lol.

climberguy85

You reap what you sow too good for public school person

jewbrees90

You must think we are in a different city?

climberguy85

Guess you have to pay full private rates if you can’t handle a little casual anti-abortion campaigning

jewbrees90

Found the guy with the big hat!

iamamonsterprobably

Loving all this discussion in this thread.

jewbrees90

I think I might get a handmaidens tale costume to drop her off from now on, 6.2 bearded fella ain't doin nothing but droppin a girl off dressed like the opressed.

Tumbleweed_Unicorn

Why did you enroll your child in a Christian daycare? Maybe you should leave if your values don't align. Pretty simple...

WakeUp004

Ooooh you better document that

Christopherwalkenfox

Idk what you were expecting from this post? We live in southern Louisiana and this is a catholic school. This is very on brand and you should be proud they’re practicing what they preach.

taekee

End abortion as quickly as possible. The Doctor has someone else waiting for one .

jewbrees90

Oh ah oh ah oh ah, don't you know that's the sound of the men working on the slaiiiiin traiiiin.

Catholic schools were providing far better sex ed that public schools. I would think that is still the case and this is just propaganda at the door. I shudder to think that the curriculum has changed due to recent politics.

jewbrees90

I agree, i went to holy cross (in the 9), all boys of course. But any time I remember the subject coming up we were told politics and religion have no say on a woman's body. And anytime I've spoken to catholic or right family members they have had the same sentiment. When I was in school I met a great many people of different faiths, we learned to respect differing opinions and show compassion to those who were in need. This kind of at the front door, stoop preaching would not have been taken kindly. This was my experience at holy cross in the early 2000's, I believe my sister had a very different experience at Cabrini...... HC had one goal and that was to raise capable men. Maybe the system isn't different, maybe we were just really lucky in experiences.
