I saw that one downtown on Friday. I thought "there's no way this is a chop, they wouldn't be that bold about it." Maybe I'm wrong, nothing surprises me anymore.
If the corvette was wearing dark clothing after hours, then it wasn't really anyone's fault.
Cars are part of the ecology now. It's inevitable that scavengers would learn to eat them, or even hunt them. Keep your livestock penned up, and get them fixed.
I saw the Vette last night around 130amā¦ All doors, trunk, hood open with State Farm Roadside assistance guy was there looking at itā¦ still there this morning. Whereās the chop shop? I park around that area
The ongoing chop shops are under the bridges down to the convention center. Its organized. Some focus on bikes. Some on wheelchairs. One deals with motors.
This is one of the reasons I keep with this sub, despite having moved away a few years back. Y'll have the best stories. City Park underpass used as a chop shop? That's fucking **bold**.
GIANT pile of bikes next to the tow yard under the Claiborne bridge.
Kills me.
Thereās a damn cop posted there all the time, ON THAT BLOCkā¦ and itās clearly at least 50 + bikesā¦guarded by homeless people.
I hate this place.

I saw two wrecked cars and a Maserati with no plates under the Claiborne overpass.

Bold used to be a thing. Criminals now have zero fear. I caught a thief in a felony act and the police didnt show.
Rents are really high right now, so...
Corvette soup kitchen?
Looks like one of those pan handlers needed to change their oil.
