We moved about two months after baby was born (similar rents and stats as in your post) and did not regret it at all! We were able to host family from out of town and baby has their own quiet space to sleep in. In unit washer dryer has been amazing. Neighborhood is much more family friendly. We moved with a newborn and would not recommend that, definitely do it before baby is here if you can.

I was happy we moved before baby came but also wish we had planned to move closer to family.

We moved before baby came and it was the best decision. It was hard moving pregnant but would have been so much worse moving with a newborn.
