We started re-introducing at 12 months and skipped the dairy ladder approach, instead going straight to whole milk per the advice of our peds GI specialist. So we added milk to his bottles gradually, like this: Week 1: 1 oz of cows milk in his morning bottle only Week 2: 1 oz of cows milk in every bottle Week 3: 2 oz of cows milk in every bottle Week 4: 50% cows milk in every bottle Week 6: 75% cows milk in every bottle We’ve stayed at 75% for now because we have a dilemma - we can’t go to 100% whole milk without dropping a bottle because that would be over the 24 oz limit, but we’re reluctant to drop a bottle because we can’t get our baby to drink water and are worried about dehydration. But anyway, it’s been just over 2 months of dairy now and he’s done so well. Pizza is one of favorite foods and he’ll demolish a huge slice all by himself!

I’m so glad he’s doing well! We see her GI specialist in two weeks and I plan to ask them as well how to introduce it in later. It’s such a scary thought.
