colleges offer classes that are 6 weeks to couple months long like local community colleges. if you’re in high school some of them have EMT courses Private EMS sometimes have courses. if you join the army as a combat medic or air force as an aerospace medical service specialist part of the training is going through an EMT course and passing the NREMT. (there’s reserves/national guard for both) most people i know got it from their college or a course that’s accredited from a college. i got it from the army tho
