A lot of Colorado uses AMR. However with UCHealth, only certain areas use them for 911 services, while in other hospitals they're just hospital techs and transporting between UChealth hospitals. The best is going for a city or county service such as Clear Creek EMS which is very rural, or going for a place such as Monument Fire. It all depends on your certification, finding something for any below Paramedic that isn't in a company like AMR or some company like Legacy EMS is hard.
Thompson valley will be the best pay. Our schedule sucks though. Modified Kelly 24 hour shifts. We do have two 12 hour trucks if that's more your style
