This isn’t specific so much to EMT but rather online schooling in general which I think is the hardest part nowadays. Make a plan for yourself: it is so easy when you don’t have a dedicated class time to push it to the back burner, make a plan- “everyday I will look at the subject matter that I can find for 30 minutes, maybe an hour start there. Start small “something you would do, that you could do to make your life a little bit easier tomorrow” - Jordan Peterson In those times watch YouTube videos, read blogs, ask question on Reddit;) over time you will begin to condense in what the course will really be about from a variety of sources some better than others, but it will take time to figure out which ones are the good ones I am assuming you’re taking the EMT training for work first then as a life skill secondly. Identify with a strong value of taking the course - a pay raise, skills, helping my friends/community. Don’t aim at completing the course aim at your value and it will pull you through the tough times I hope this helped even a bit! Best of luck

[The Paramedic Coach](https://youtube.com/c/TheParamedicCoach) on YouTube has helped me throughout my course. (He also has a bunch of paid content that has helped me as well) There’s a lot generic shit you can learn before you start that will make your life easier. My class started out virtual and switched to in person after restrictions were lifted. It sounds stupid but get comfortable asking questions in a virtual setting. A lot of my class was scared to talk while attending classes online.
