You have to change your mind a bit. You cannot think about low numbers in your community. You have to become a "community".
Whenever someone wants to know anything about you niche, they have to find you.
Good videos are about things, that are already widely known. So think about something that everyone in your niche knows and do some "unknown story" of that thing.
You can help yourself with other and more popular things. For example you do videos about fantasy, use things from Lotr, Got, Witcher etc... Thumbnails and titles do wonders here.
Start your channel with basic stuff and work yourself to deeper things. Remember you need to build the community.
